Response time: we aim to reply within [1-3 working days], Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays.

Order changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, email info@playfulaccessories.com. as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Returns

To start a return, email info@playfulaccessories.com.  before sending anything back. We use a direct email returns process as standard. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
